In my family like to cook haricot salad which won't take away from you a lot of time. It perfectly is suitable both for a holiday table, and for a table in the Lent.

It is required to us:

  • Haricot dry (red, white) - 500 гр;
  • Onion - 2 heads (large);
  • Green onions - 1 bunch;
  • Cilantro - 1 bunch;
  • Vegetable oil - 100-150 гр;
  • Garlic - 2 cloves;
  • Spices to taste (salt, pepper);

Preparation process

We presoak haricot for the night in a large amount of water, we wash out it several times in the morning, then we pour into a pan and we put on fire, we cook to full readiness.
