Salmon in the Curry sauce

  • fillet of a sea salmon - 400 g;
  • lemon juice - 60 ml.;
  • apple - 50 g;
  • the mix ""Curry"" - 5 g;
  • wheat beer - 150 ml.;
  • meat soup - 60 ml.;
  • 15% cream - 70 ml.;
  • onions - 60 g;
  • wheat flour of 10 g;
  • salt - 5 g;
  • pepper - 3 g;
  • vegetable oil - 40 g.

Fillet of a salmon without skin will need to be washed and dried, and then to cut on slices or cubes and to lay in a pan. Salt, pepper, sprinkle fish a half of lemon juice and allow to infuse within 30 minutes under a cover. Onions need to be cleaned and cut a small cube, apple to wash, clean and to remove from it a core, then it should be cut a small cube too and to water with the remained lemon juice.

Onions are fried until ready on vegetable oil, add the mix ""Curry"" and allow it to disperse in the heated oil within 2-3 minutes on slow fire, then add the prepared apple to onions.

Ready onions with apple are crushed in the blender, spread in a frying pan, add wheat beer and meat soup to this mix and brought to the boil. Then it is necessary to reduce fire, to accurately lay out pieces of a salmon in a frying pan and to continue to extinguish within 10 minutes. 

Cream should be mixed with flour, gradually adding them to it and carefully stirring slowly that there was no balling and to enter into sauce with fish. It is possible to serve a salmon as snack or a garnished separate dish.

Smoked eel with dark beer sauce

smoked eel - 700 g; a dark beer - 500 ml.; bay leaf - 1 piece; a lemon - 2 segments; onions - 60 g; a desi - 1 5 g; salt - 7 g; a black pepper - 5 g; a vitellus - 1 piece; starch - 10 g; milk - 125 ml.

From an eel it is necessary to flay and remove the ridge. Wash out and cut some fillet on pieces of 4-5 cm. Clean and cut onions thin rings. In a pan to pour in beer, to add the prepared onions, salt, pepper, bay leaf, a lemon and a desi and to bring to the boil. 

Put pieces of an eel in a pan and cook about 7-10 minutes until ready. 

For preparation of gas station it is necessary to take a vitellus, starch and milk and to connect together. It is accurate to enter the received mix into a fish sauce.
