Mixed vegetables with meat and green peas can become both a nourishing dinner, and second course by a lunch. Stewed vegetables and gentle meat are ideally complemented with fresh green peas.

It is required to you

  • - 500 g of pork fillet
  • - 1 bunch of green onions
  • - 100 ml of broth
  • - 4 carrots
  • - 450 g fresh (or frozen) green peas
  • - salt
  • - pepper
  • - 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • - 2 paprikas
  • - 3 small tomatoes

Instruction

1. Cut meat on small cubes. Cut onions with rings, grate carrots in the form of straws. Cut tomatoes on several parts, paprika - half rings.

2. In a deep frying pan warm oil and fry meat. In fat which remained after meat fry vegetables and onions. In the turned-out weight pour in broth and you extinguish everything on slow fire within 5 minutes.

3. Add meat and green peas to a vegetable mix. Carefully mix everything and you extinguish 8 minutes on weak fire, having covered a frying pan.

4. Before giving on a table it is possible to decorate a dish with thin segments of a lemon, sour cream, greens or sauce. For giving of originality to taste to mixed vegetables it is possible to sprinkle it lemon juice.
