What is штрайзель? It is oil and flour topping with which cover pie before pastries. As a result on its surface the crunchy golden crust, very tasty and beautiful is formed.

It is required to you

  • For the test:
  • - 275 g of wheat flour;
  • - 150 g of a desi;
  • - 50 g of icing sugar or small sugar;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 1 h spoon of ground cinnamon.
  • For a stuffing:
  • - 10-12 ripe plums of the average size;
  • - 100 g of small sugar or icing sugar.
  • For штрайзеля:
  • - 50 g of wheat flour;
  • - 50 g of sugar;
  • - 30 g of a desi;
  • - 30 g of the peeled walnuts.

Instruction

1. Get oil from the fridge and leave it for some time at the room temperature that it was softened. Add granulated sugar or powder, a ground cinnamon and egg, mix.

2. Sift wheat flour through a kitchen sieve, mix to oil mix parts. Knead dough, roll from it a sphere, wrap up in food wrap and send to the fridge for 60 minutes.

3. Wash out plums, take stones. Cut pulp with small pieces or crush by means of the food processor. Add 100 g of granulated sugar or powder, mix.

4. Prepare штрайзель, for this purpose mix flour, granulated sugar and a soft desi to a condition of a crumb. Small chop walnuts, add to oil and flour mix. Mix.
