Ingredients necessary for preparation of liver cake:

- 1 kg is fresher than a liver (beef);

- 3-4 crude eggs;

- 200 ml of cow's milk;

- 5 average carrots;

- 3-4 heads of onions;

- it is a little cooking oil;

- mayonnaise and spices to taste.

We cook snack cake from a liver:

1. The liver needs to be wetted for 5 minutes in warm water. Then to remove from it the top film, to cut on pieces. It is important to remove all streaks and channels when cutting.

2. To crush pieces of a liver in the meat grinder or the blender and to put the turned-out forcemeat in a deep bowl.

3. To a liver to break eggs, to pour out milk, to mix and add salt to taste.

4. From the received hepatic weight it is necessary to bake ""pancakes"". On the oiled and warmed frying pan to pour out weight a thin layer and to bake about two minutes. Then accurately to overturn and prepare still a couple of minutes.
