It is required to you

  • - 1 kg tomato,
  • - 500 grams of mincemeat (purchased or self-made).
  • - 1 bulb,
  • - 25 grams of vegetable oil,
  • - salt to taste.
  • - black sprinkling pepper to taste,
  • - parsley to taste,
  • - 100 grams of a hard cheese.

Instruction

1. Clean a bulb, cut in small cubes. Warm vegetable oil and fry onions cubes to transparency.

2. Wash tomatoes, cut off the top part and by means of a spoon get core.

3. Mix forcemeat with onions, fry thoroughly on small fire. When frying break forcemeat lumps.

4. Wash out parsley or fennel, small chop, mix with onions and forcemeat. Add to a frying pan to forcemeat a little pulp from tomato, season with salt and pepper to taste. Finish forcemeat until ready.

5. Accurately spread out the turned-out stuffing on the prepared tomatoes. Shift the stuffed tomatoes in a heat resisting form. Grate cheese and strew each tomato with cheese, thereby forming a hat.

6. Warm an oven to 200 degrees. Bake tomatoes about 20 minutes. As soon as cheese melts, the dish can be taken out from an oven and to give on a table together with sauce or sour cream. Before giving decorate tomatoes with branches of fresh greens.
