  • For shrimps salad:
    • 1 head of cabbage of salad;
    • 100 g of shrimps;
    • lemon juice;
    • 2 eggs;
    • small jar of yogurt;
    • fennel;
    • black pepper;
    • For spring salad:
    • 1 long cucumber;
    • 10 sprouts of a nettle;
    • 20 leaves of a dandelion;
    • gradually coltsfoot leaves
    • дягиля and willow-herb;
    • 1 small bulbs or several feathers of green onions;
    • 1 bank of mayonnaise;
    • greens in the presence;
    • eggs
    • salt and pepper to taste.
    • For an exotic green salad:
    • 1 long cucumber;
    • 1 grapefruit;
    • several lettuce leaves;
    • yogurt jar.

Instruction

1. Wash up a lettuce and let's it dry. Cut it on pieces and lay out on a dish. It is possible to display leaves and at once on plates. Squeeze out juice from a lemon half. Shrimps weld, let's them cool down and water them with a small amount of juice. They have to become impregnated properly.

2. Cook hard boiled eggs, clean them and crush. Mix them with shrimps and spread out to lettuce leaves. Small cut fennel and strew with it shrimps and eggs. Add to yogurt lemon juice, a pinch of salt and slightly a black sprinkling pepper. Sauce salad and give on a table.

3. It is possible to make a green vitamin salad of herbs late spring. Gather a young nettle, leaves of dandelions, coltsfoot, дягиля, fresh escapes of a willow-herb. Perfectly, if there are a cucumber and several lettuce leaves.

4. A nettle trouble boiled water. It is the best of all to put a colander on the pan suitable by the size, to put in it a nettle and to water from a teapot.
