3. Fillet of a salmon on a grill. Cut some fillet of a salmon or other fatty fish on long pieces (8-10 cm). Mix polished ginger with small cut chili pepper, add lemon juice, a soy-bean sauce and a chopped basil. Rub with this mix fish and leave for 20-30 minutes (it is possible longer). Then put pieces of fish in half and pierce a thin wooden skewer or a toothpick. Fry on well warmed grill of 5-8 minutes from each party.
