Italian dumpling ""Gnocchi"

Gnocchi – the Italian dish reminding our dumpling. Gnocchi can be served and as a main course and as snack for a festive feast.

Ingredients:

  • Large egg – 1 piece;
  • Potatoes - 750 g;
  • Flour - 150 g;
  • Cream cheese (it is possible to replace with cottage cheese) - 100 g;
  • Hard cheese - 80 g;
  • Salt - to taste.

Ingredients for a stuffing:

  • Chicken fillet (it is possible to choose other meat) – 300 g;
  • Hard cheese - 80 g;
  • Egg - 1 piece;
  • Cream cheese (it is possible to take cottage cheese) - 100 g;
  • Salt - to taste.

For registration it is required: desi, several bunches of greens (fennel, basil, parsley, etc.).

Preparation:

  • To execute this dish it is necessary to cook potatoes and meat. Wash out and boil potatoes in a uniform. It is possible to check readiness a fork. If potatoes became soft – it is ready.
  • Then it is necessary to wash chicken fillet and to cook it in water which needs previously to be salted. Meat and potatoes for a dish can be boiled in advance that process of preparation took less time.
  • As soon as potatoes cook, it is necessary to cool and remove it from it a uniform. The following step is to use up chishcheny potatoes on a large grater. At will it is possible to knife into small pieces.
  • To the turned-out mashed potatoes it is necessary to pour flour. Break egg in mix. Then to mix everything very carefully.
