If you want to make very tasty and at the same time nutritious salad, then pay attention to this recipe. It perfectly is suitable both for a holiday table, and for lunch. It isn't so difficult to prepare it.

It is required to you

  • 300 g of all-beef;
  • 2 eggs;
  • half of a glass of water;
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar;
  • 100 g of cheese of firm grades;
  • 1 medium-sized onion;
  • 2 tablespoons of 9% of vinegar;
  • 100–150 g of mayonnaise;
  • 3 walnuts.

Instruction

1. For a start you will need to prepare all-beef. It is washed out and cut on large pieces. Then beef is placed in a pan and filled in with water, sent to the heated plate. After boiling, meat is cooked on slow fire to full readiness.

2. While meat is cooked, pickle onions. It is quite simple to make it. For a start it is necessary to remove a peel from a bulb and to wash out it in cold water. Further sharp it should be knifed on thin half rings. Then it needs to be put in a deep cup and there to pour in just boiled water. Send granulated sugar and vinegar there, properly mix everything. Then densely cover a cup and wait for full cooling of water.

3. Eggs it is necessary to boil hard-boiled. For this purpose after boiling of water they need to be cooked within 8–10 minutes. Then eggs immerse in cold water before full cooling.

4. From the ready, well kept waiting onions it is necessary to drain water. A uniform layer lay onions in a salad bowl.

5. The meat boiled to full readiness and cooled down needs to be cut on very small cubes. ½ part of the prepared meat needs to be laid out a uniform layer on onions, and to miss the mark from above with mayonnaise.

6. It is necessary to remove a shell from completely cooled down eggs. Then they are crushed, having used a large grater. It is necessary to cover with the prepared eggs a layer from beef.

7. After that over eggs it is necessary to lay evenly remained all-beef and again carefully to miss the mark with mayonnaise. At the same time it should be taken into account that each layer of this salad after it is laid out in a salad bowl, it is necessary to salt to taste.

8. The finishing layer will consist of cheese which should be crushed previously by means of a large grater.

9. Close a ready-to-serve salad food wrap and place in the cool place at least for 1 hour that it could become impregnated properly. Before serving salad to a table, it needs to be decorated with the crushed walnuts.
