In this dish the taste of a smoked salmon is surprisingly successfully combined with fresh, crunchy zucchinis and a fragrant capers.

It is required to you

  • - 620 g of pasta;
  • - 535 g of zucchini;
  • - 365 g of a smoked salmon;
  • - 75 ml of olive oil;
  • - 115 g of a capers;
  • - 65 ml of white wine;
  • - 535 ml of cream;
  • - 20 g of a refiner syrup;
  • - salt.

Instruction

1. Wash up and peel zucchini, then cut a half of all zucchinis very thin stripes.

2. Boil water in a pan. Put pasta in the boiling water, add not enough olive oil and boil until ready.

3. In two minutes before pasta are ready to add to them the cut zucchinis. Then water to drain and shift pasta in separate ware.

4. Cut the remained zucchinis small pieces. A smoked salmon (it is good if he is cold smoking) to cut on thin small slices.
