Such dish perfectly is suitable for a dinner – it nutritive, tasty and not too heavy for a stomach. And the asparagus which is its part and a red small fish contain many vitamins and the minerals useful to an organism.

It is required to you

  • - 150 g of fillet of a salmon;
  • - 300 g of paste;
  • - 200 g of an asparagus;
  • - 100 g of a desi;
  • - 300 ml of cream;
  • - 50 g of parmesan;
  • - salt to taste;
  • - 2 cherry tomatoes.

Instruction

1. At an asparagus cut off the firm bases of escapes, then collect it in a bunch and tie up threads. Ship in the boiling added some salt water vertically that gentle tops stuck out of water and were steamed. 5 minutes later get an asparagus and rinse in cold water.

2. In a frying pan kindle a desi and fry in it small pieces of fillet of a salmon. Salt and add the asparagus cut on pieces 4 cm long. Fill in all with cream and bring to the boil.

3. Boil paste in the added some salt water. It has to become soft, but not boil soft. Drain water and add paste to a frying pan to an asparagus and fish. Mix everything, cover and leave for a couple of minutes to pine on slow fire.

4. Lay out ready paste on a plate and strew with small polished parmesan. Give to a table, having decorated with halves of cherry tomatoes.
