The salmon of teriyaki is a juicy dish which easily is cooked and doesn't demand special culinary preparation. Products for the exotic recipe will be required the most habitual.
It is required to you
- - 2 steaks of a salmon;
- - 70 ml of a soy-bean sauce;
- - 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar;
- - 1 tablespoons of sugar;
- - 3 cm of a ginger root;
- - 2 average carrots;
- - 2 red bulbs;
- - lettuce leaves;
- - 1 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - green onions;
- - sprinkling pepper;
- - salt.
Instruction
1. For teriyaki it is necessary to cut small ginger and to connect it to sugar, vinegar and a soy-bean sauce. Pour mix in a small saucepan and bring on small fire to the boil. Constantly stirring slowly, you cook sauce sugar won't be dissolved yet. Then remove a saucepan from fire and put to cool down.
2. Exempt steaks from bones, shift them in a bowl and fill in with teriyaki sauce. Leave fish to be pickled until vegetables and rice are ready.
3. Cut red onions with thin rings, cut each carrots lengthways and then slices on diagonal. Put vegetables in the boiling water, you cook 2-3 minutes, then cast away on a colander. Now lower them in ice water and again shift in a colander.
4. Warm oil in a frying pan and fry on it steaks 3 minutes from each party, they have to gain brown color due to caramelization of sugar. Lay out ready fish on a plate.
5. In a frying pan slightly fry onions with carrots, then add to them the marinade of teriyaki which remained from under fish and bring it to the boil. Shift vegetables to a plate to a salmon, strew with fragmentary lettuce leaves and green onions.
