Instruction
1. For registration of education of child(children) the following operations are performed. For a start it is necessary to address to tutorship and guardianship authority (OOP) in a place of registration. Here it is necessary to learn conditions on reception of children in family, the list of necessary documents.
2. Then to collect all documents: - passport; - the marriage certficate (if is); - medical certificate about a condition of physical and mental health; - the reference (the position and the amount of the salary is specified) or the income statement for unemployed persons and individual entrepreneurs; - certificate of lack of criminal record from the Department of Internal Affairs/the Department of Internal Affairs; - documents for housing – confirming the property right to housing in case of the privatized real estate or an extract from the house register with the copy of financial personal account if the living space belongs to the state.
3. Together with documents to submit the written application for an opportunity to become adoptive parents in OOP. The tutorship and guardianship authority considers the application within 20 days, checking conditions of accommodation of family. Then the married couple will be called as a foster home and has the right for education of children.
4. The next stage the most difficult since it is required to choose the suitable child if it is not chosen yet. OOP has full information on children in the region which is provided to adoptive parents. OOP help a foster home to find the suitable child not only in the, but also other regions.
5. After the meeting, the foster home can think within 10 days, take the child on education or not. The refusal speaks in writing the given direction. After refusal it is possible to take in OOP still the directions on a meeting with other children.
6. In case of consent to education of the seen child the parents have to write about it on the direction and submit the application for transfer of the child to family, having put permission to the right to be adoptive parents.
7. The following step – signing of the contract between parents and OOP on education of the child acting during an established period, but no later than formation of majority of the child.
8. And the last, most important, a step – the foster home has to bring up the child in love and harmony.
