Instruction

1. At first make broth. Put smoked pork ribs in cold water, put on a plate, bring to the boil, add an offal (pork skins). From time to time remove a scum that broth didn't turn out too dark.

2. Peel carrot, cut on pieces, send to a pan, you cook all 40 minutes. At this time put peas to be soaked in boiled water.

3. Prepare a garlic oil while broth cooks. Take coarse salt, 250 g of oil and a head of garlic. Peel garlic, mix with salt and oil, add a dried thyme, allspice. All this should be processed in a mortar, and then to remove in the fridge.
