It is quite tasty salad which is cooked from a liver. It very gentle will also be pleasant to all members of household, even to those who not really love a liver.
It is required to you
- - 500 g of a liver;
- - 4 small carrots;
- - 4-5 bulbs;
- - 4 eggs;
- - green peas small jar;
- - 300 g of mayonnaise;
- - vegetable oil.
Instruction
1. Boil in the added some salt water a liver until ready. And also cook eggs and carrots.
2. Chop small onions and fry on vegetable oil till golden color.
3. Take a deep bowl and lay salad layers. Each layer has to be well missed the mark with mayonnaise.
4. Layers: a half of the liver rubbed on a grater, grated carrots, the proteins cut onions, green peas and the remained liver half. From above plentifully miss the mark with mayonnaise and strew with yolks.
