It is required to you

  • For two portions:
  • - red paprika – 2 pieces;
  • - tomatoes – 2 pieces;
  • - cheese Adygei – 150 g;
  • - olive oil – 2 tablespoons;
  • - lemon juice – 2 tablespoons;
  • - a set of dried greens for salad – 1 tablespoon;
  • - salt, a black pepper – to taste.

Instruction

1. Wash pepper, cover them with oil a little and bake in an oven. It is possible to use a grill, prepare before formation of small burn marks. Having taken out hot pepper, inwrap it in a foil or lay in a package. In 4-5 minutes husk with vegetables, remove seeds and cut with thin bars. Divide clean tomatoes into thin segments.
