Probably, all who visited Thailand tried this remarkable dessert: sweet flat cake with an exotic fruit and condensed milk or chocolate stuffing... Of course, to repeat their houses not so easily, but their taste will cost your efforts.

It is required to you

  • On 12 pieces:
  • - 600 g of white flour;
  • - 300 ml of water;
  • - 100 ml of coconut milk;
  • - 0.5 tsps of salt;
  • - 2 cups of vegetable oil;
  • - 8 very ripe bananas;
  • - 380-400 g of a condensed milk;
  • - a dark chocolate - quantity depends on your taste and desire.

Instruction

1. Dough should be made in advance in the evening if you want to regale on pancakes since morning. For this purpose we mix flour, water, coconut milk and salt to uniformity. On consistence it will remind dumplings. We form of it 12 identical balls, we spread them in deep capacity, we fill in with oil, we cover and we leave in the fridge till the morning.

2. In the morning it is cleaned and we cut bananas. We open a jar of condensed milk and we put near a plate: we will directly fill pancakes in a frying pan.

3. We warm a frying pan on strong fire and we powder with salt (it will be necessary to repeat the procedure before each pancake!). We get preparations from the fridge. Each ball is flattened out by a palm, and then we stretch in flat cake (don't tear!). We spread it on a frying pan, from above - a spoon of the cut banana and condensed milk tablespoon. Accurately and quickly we turn by means of wooden rakes in an envelope. At once we overturn on other party and we fry 30 - 40 minutes.

4. When all pancakes are ready, we cut everyone on 3 - 4 parts very sharp knife. At will it is possible to kindle chocolate on a water bath or in the microwave and to water with it pancakes. Enjoy your meal!
