Quince - low-calorie and very useful fruit. The quince is advised to use for improvement of a condition of skin, strengthening of cardiovascular and nervous system and also to pregnant women (for simplification of toxicosis). Also this fruit is rich with vitamin C, potassium and iron.

It is required to you

  • 800 grams of a quince, 3 tablespoons of rice, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 50 grams of raisin, 100 grams of walnuts, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 0.5 teaspoons of salt.

Instruction

1. Boil rice in the added some salt water. Fill in raisin with boiled water and leave for 10 minutes.

2. Wash up a quince and remove cores with seeds. Peel walnuts and crush.

3. Mix rice with walnut. From raisin drain water and add to rice.

4. Fill with the prepared mix from rice a quince, from above sugar.

5. Oil a baking tray vegetable and lay out the stuffed quince. Bake in an oven of 15-20 minutes. The quince has to become soft.
