1. On classics we boil potatoes in the added some salt water, previously having peeled it and having cut rather large pieces of the identical size.

  • bay leaf, bell pepper, salt.

1. We cut onions half rings, then we redden it in a frying pan in mix of vegetable and creamy oils.

2. The sliced, prepeeled potatoes are boiled in water with addition of spices.

4. We pound hot potatoes with addition of the warmed-up cream and butter. We add fried onions and nuts to mashed potatoes. If mashed potatoes, in your opinion, turned out excessively thick, add the water which remained from cooking.
