Economic statistics studies features of placement of productive forces and existence of material, financial and human resources. Social statistics creates the system of indicators to give characteristic to a population way of life and also various aspects of the social relations.
3. Statistics is engaged in collection of information, its comparison and interpretation. And the quantitative and qualitative parties of the phenomenon always coexist together and form a whole. The phenomena and processes of public life which are studied by statistics are in continuous change. Carrying out collecting, the analysis and processing of mass data on these changes, statistical regularities are detected.
4. A subject of studying statistics is the public phenomenon, its dynamics and the direction of development. This science investigates social and economic processes which have mass character and also studies the factors defining them.
