1. In the beginning technologists select components of which glass for concrete needs will be made. As initial materials quartz sand, sodium sulfate, the calcinated soda, dolomite and some other additives are used. All components are carefully measured, the quality of glass weight will depend on a right choice of proportions.

2. With initial components add also beaten glass to the bunker. At production of glass weight usually there are surplus and waste which are used too. They are crushed and given to the general capacity where all materials mix up to rather uniform state. Now mix is ready to the next stage of processing.

3. From the bunker the initial components come to the gas furnace. Temperature in this device reaches 1500 OS. Under the influence of such amount of heat the components of future glass melt and turn into transparent weight. The received structure is carefully mixed that substance became completely uniform. All process constantly is under control of the operator of the furnace which is helped by automatic equipment.

4. At the next stage of processing glass weight comes to special tanks. They remind the big bathtubs filled with liquid tin. Being distributed on the surface of this metal, future glass does not sink, and turns into thin sheet material with almost ideally plain surface. For giving to sheets of the necessary thickness glass is passed through rolls of a certain size.

5. Gradually glass tape is cooled. After an exit from a tin bathtub temperature of material decreases approximately up to 600 wasps. Now the tape moves on the long roller conveyor and reaches the special device where glass takes a test for leaf thickness. Accuracy of control is very high and can reach the 100-th shares of millimeter. The revealed marriage returns to a preprocessing stage.

6. The long and continuous glass belt at the next stage is cut on standard sheets by means of the tool resistant to wear. Uneven edges of a leaf are at the same time cut off. The waste which is formed when cutting crushes and gives to the bunker; these splinters participate in a new cycle of production of glass. Actually all production becomes waste-free.

7. The final stage of all process – final quality control of glass. Controllers are come to the rescue by fluorescent lamps which allow to reveal even imperceptible defects of fragile material. The sheets which passed through the site of control send to a warehouse where they are stored in vertical position until shipment to the consumer.
