The sun is the central object of near space, a star around which Earth and other planets of the solar system rotates. 9. The atmosphere of Earth is influenced by solar wind – the stream of gel and hydrogen plasma escaping from a solar crown. Solar wind – the cause of the northern lights and magnetic storms.
10. The solar activity substantially influences the biosphere of Earth. Scientists noticed that with its change the number of insects and other animals changes, and geomagnetic storms provoke growth of number of sudden deaths among people and exacerbations of cardiovascular diseases.
11. As a result of ultra-violet sunlight and electrostatic field of Earth in high layers of the atmosphere the ozone forming then an ozone layer is formed. Thanks to it the surface of the planet is reached by only a small part of the rigid ultra-violet radiation harmful to a human body.
