These exercises need to be done regularly at least several times a day. They will not take away a lot of time, there will be enough only five minutes for performance of one complex.

Exercise No. 1 for blood circulation improvement

Weak blood circulation near eye muscles is one of the reasons of deterioration in sight. To improve blood circulation it is necessary to move eyes to the right, to the left, up and down a straight line to horizontal and vertical lines and also on diagonal. Then it is necessary to roll eyes hourly and counterclockwise. After that it is possible to screw up and relax quickly and intensively eyes. Having put a finger on a nose bridge it is necessary to try to see it at the same time both eyes then quickly to blink. It is possible to paste on a window a small tag, for example, the circle which is cut out from paper and to define the object which is far. Having departed from a window on distance of two meters it is necessary to transfer a view from a window tag of the object located in the distance and back.

Exercise No. 2 from short-sightedness

If your work is connected with the computer, then it is worth doing this exercise for improvement of sight each hour, taking a break in work for only three minutes. It is necessary sitting to deviate on a chair back, having made a deep breath, and on an exhalation to return forward. Having leaned back on a back of a chair it is worth blinking strongly, and having returned to a starting position – to open eyes. Holding hands on a belt it is necessary to turn the head to the left and to the right so that to see elbows. Having finished exercise, it is necessary to look up and to roll eyes at first hourly, and then and against an hour hand. Having extended hands before itself, not moving the head it is necessary to chain the look to finger-tips. On a breath it is possible to raise hands up, and on an exhalation – to lower down. At the same time the head remains on the place, and it is important to look after fingers only.

Exercise No. 3 for fatigue

Exercises for visual acuity will be effective, only if eyes are saved from fatigue. In this exercise it is necessary to draw smoothly and slowly with eyes in air the eight. It is worth repeating this exercise five times diversely. Having extended the right hand before itself it is necessary to record a look on a thumb, having taken away a hand to the right it is important to watch leave a thumb of the right hand, without moving the head. The same needs to be done with the left hand and to repeat five times. It is possible to fix serially the look on a near and far object.
