Implementation of drawings of difficult parts and components often is followed by introduction of additional types, cuts, sections which need to be placed on a free field of the drawing so that it could be read and found easily all necessary information on a product.
Instruction
1. Before implementation of the drawing analyze what quantity of types of an object is required to you for its correct image. Estimate the scale in which you will carry out the drawing. Do not forget about the text of technical requirements which it will also be necessary to arrange in the field of the drawing. Sometimes such text occupies practically all leaf on which the drawing is represented. Proceeding from this information pick up a necessary format of a leaf (A4, A3, A2, etc.).
2. Draw main types with necessary cuts and sections. Put down the sizes. Arrange the text of technical requirements over the main inscription of the drawing. Length of a line of the text on size should not exceed length of a frame into which the main inscription (no more than 185 mm) is put. At implementation of the drawing try to leave about 20% of free space if it is possible.
3. In order that on the available drawing to arrange other drawing, define that you want to represent. Most likely, other drawing is meant as an auxiliary view of the represented object, a section or section which give more information on a detail or knot. Remember that to place the additional drawing on the signed and handed over design documentation you will be able only having issued the notice on change. Before signing of drawings it is possible to make changes to them.
4. Analyze amount of free space in the field of the main drawing which is required for placement of an auxiliary view. Apply reduction scale to the additional drawing if it at the same time can be read. Sometimes there is not enough free space on the main drawing, then enter one more sheet of the drawing and have an auxiliary view on it. At the same time do not forget to specify in the column of "Sheets" of the main inscription of the drawing on one leaf more.
5. The drawing in which various stages of performance of the projected product can be represented happens often additional drawing: seal and arrangement of conclusions, terminals, schemes, installation of an object at the test bench, etc. In this case have the drawing also on a free field of the drawing in convenient scale.
