Instruction
1. Grind 80 weight parts of plaster and 20 weight parts of lime in a mortar and mix. Make one more mix of 1080 weight parts of sulfate lime on 1000 weight parts of the distilled water. Structure its following. 100 weight parts of marble dust, 10-25 weight parts of glass, pounded in powder, 5-10 parts of the sifted lime dissolved in liquid glass. Carefully mix all components and fill in in a form. Hardening happens within an hour. The form is separated and get casting. It turns out very exact.
4. Artificial marble of corporal color can be received, having mixed when heating 28 weight parts of rough white sand, 42 parts of chalk, 1 part of ultramarine, 1 part of cinnabar, 24 parts of rosin, 4 parts of burned lime. Fill in mix in a form. The facing tile is made of such artificial marble.
