Trampolining – sport?

  4. Double minitramp. This discipline appeared from a minitramp, and one allows more acrobatic exercises. The athlete jumps on a shell, carries out an element and exercise with landing on a mat.

Trampolining – the Olympic sport

Performance of trampolining – gymnastic sport and it is in the program of the summer Olympic Games. Competitions are divided into single and synchronous with two acting athletes. The first national championship on jumps was held in America in 1948. Trampolining is included in the Olympic Games in 2000. One of the best are athletes from China and Japan. History of emergence of trampolining

There is a version that trampolining was invented by the circus acrobat in France in the Middle Ages. Later time pilots began to use the equipment to train a vestibular mechanism. Trampolining for adults extended in America after World War II. The USA used them for a training of astronauts. Still they were included in the school and university program, but a large number of injuries became an occasion to use them only under the leadership of the certified instructor. As sport the trampolining began to perceive at the beginning of the 60th.

Than trampolining is useful?

Most of all children like to jump on a trampoline, and such entertainment not only brings pleasure, but also renders huge advantage: contributes to the fast development of muscles and ligaments, helps the correct formation of a skeleton, improves coordination and even fine motor skills of extremities. There is a certain list concerning what trampolining gives:
