Female pride which was always perceived as a basis for personal happiness has also negative characteristics. If the woman tries to manipulate thus people, it is already about the arrogance capable to become "stumbling block" even in the most sincere relations.
There is an opinion that female pride is the remnant of last centuries absolutely excessive in the modern world. However the feeling of self-esteem will hardly lose the relevance and to forget about it – means to lose an internal core, to indulge surrounding dissoluteness.
Whether there is a pride useful
Female pride, as opposed to arrogance, speaks about presence of self-esteem and self-respect. The woman allocated with these qualities will hardly allow even to the close man unacceptable liberties, to a degree offensive for her. At the same time the proud lady should not show this quality on trifles, and her claims have to be open, reasonable and fair.
However it is not necessary to confuse pride with excessive sensitivity and vulnerability. Excessive insistence to people around will hardly introduce harmony in life, there will be a disappointment and unjustified hopes.
Whether pride and arrogance are equivalent
Despite obvious similarity of female pride and arrogance, between them it is always possible to find certain distinctions. The arrogance is not without reason condemned by norms of Christianity, it bears to arrogance and some narcissism so a strong resemblance. It is possible to such woman even for obviously far-fetched reason to stop communication, without wishing to understand the loved one.
Not to develop in itself arrogance, psychologists advise women to control the pride and not to allow it to expand to complacency. If for the lady her pride becomes priority, warm to it obviously not to avoid losses in life. However, each person infected with unreasonable arrogance will be doomed only to disappointments and negative emotions.
Reverse of the medal
Even if the woman possesses a step and does not allow the pride to develop into arrogance, she always risks to run into the conflict and misunderstanding from male half of humanity. Quite often men perceive female feeling of self-esteem for arrogance, without making further attempts to understand the relations. However it does not mean at all that the woman has to cross through herself, otherwise further it is necessary to go to even big victims. Opposing pride and arrogance, advantage and arrogance, the woman has to learn to feel "golden mean". To destroy even the most sincere relations to please of excessive sensitivity it would be too silly.
