5. Analyze the got experience, sort out yourself and the experiences as much as possible coolly and objectively. Be focused on the desires and plans.

6. Observe a healthy lifestyle. Do not take alcoholic drinks and you do not smoke. Eat variously and correctly, receiving all substances necessary for good health. Look after yourself: take baths, perform cosmetic procedures. Try to look as it is possible better that reflection in a mirror did not adjust you on a pessimistic harmony and instilled confidence in the fact that new love not far off.

7. Take a vacation and go to a travel. Have a rest week at the sea, and join the company of the friends who are engaged in active tourism even better. Fresh air, the cheerful company and physical activity will help you to forget about crisis and to feel perfectly.
