Modern people are subject to influence of information and nervous overloads, emotional exhaustion. Negative emotions can overtake in any situation: at home – because of family disorders; at work – because of a time trouble, difficult relations in collective or professional difficulties; and still always, when you hurry, are late, worry, feel awkwardness or shame, your plans are overset or on the street the weather spoils.

We face a stress constantly, and even when our mood improves – last offenses, the anger or disappointment do not disappear anywhere. Never it is impossible to pretend that everything is good if somewhere inside there was a suppressed irritation. It is impossible to smile openly and sincerely if in a body tension accumulated. Now or a bit later it will find a way out – therefore it is better to dump it before emotions get out of hand, and we will become conflict, quick-tempered and nervous.

How it is possible to remove the excess stress and negative emotions?

It is easy to restore composure and to get rid of the accumulated tension and it is possible to make houses and even during walk.

These ways are rather known. In them ways there is undoubted plus: due to active physical actions the muscular discharge is reached, the person feels weakened, though a little devastated. The irritation, offense or rage are splashed out, and the relations with anybody do not spoil because tension and anger disappear.

It is the best of all to shout in the room from which loud sounds, or in the closed car in the desert area are not carried. There is even equipment which recommends to use a special "glass for shouts".

However emotions of anger and rage destroy the person. They negatively affect its cardiovascular and nervous systems. Therefore it is undesirable to use these methods often. Sometimes they can be really necessary, but it is better to use others – softer and sparing.

Physical activity

Remember – when you are strongly concerned or angry, it is difficult for you to sit still, your body wants the movement – and you go to and fro, fuss, constantly change a pose. Here also give vent to the concern – any in the way available to you:

  • walk on foot slowly or quickly – on a state and desire;
  • you will run;
  • several times go down and walk upstairs;
  • loudly sing the favourite song;
  • wash hands;
  • dance.

These actions release outside your feelings too, only in more constructive course – you are filled with cheerfulness or joy. And besides you get rid of tension, constraint or anger.

Relaxation

Try to relax one of such ways:

  • meditation or trance;
  • heat bath;
  • pool;
  • soap bubbles;
  • big difficult pictures from puzzles;
  • drawing of abstract pictures and everything what is wanted;
  • watering of flowers.

Any of these ways calms and pacifies. Drawing gives strong salutary effect, not without reason there is an art therapy – the whole direction in psychotherapy. Many are fond of floriculture or gardening for the same reason. And daily auto-training or meditation well affect mental and physical health and do the person to more balanced.

Use both active, and passive ways of removal of tension. Do not neglect requirements of the body – come to several stops earlier and walk on foot, walk upstairs without elevator, give several minutes to relax, calm down, grant to yourself a respite. And you not only will find composure, but also improve the physical state.
