1. Don't give up the training. If you refuse sports activities, then you risk to lose everything reached. The endurance of the organism considerably decreases, muscle tissue and internals atrophy. Together with the coach or the fitness instructor in details think over the program of your occupations for maintenance of the reached form. Such exercises will help to strengthen reserves of your organism.

2. Don't exhaust yourself. Play sports only in the feasible mode. Each person has individual physical capacities. Therefore also loadings for keeping fit have to correspond to them. Be engaged in sports walking or arrange jog. Similar exercises train breath, set endurance, involve big groups of muscles. Consider age changes and do on it the discount. Also don't forget about the suffered injuries and diseases. Work on breath and master the new complex of special respiratory techniques.

3. To keep the good shape – it doesn't mean to do it once a year. The positive trend is observed only after the systematic and regular trainings throughout all life. As soon as you begin to look after own body and to develop it physically, you need only 20 occupations to see the first results. Then these processes slow down and take place at deeper level. For this reason they are visually almost imperceptible. But actually they are and your good shape depends on them. Methodical, quiet, long-term trainings will bring long effect and will set it forever.

4. Don't forget about the menu. Refuse spices, vinegar, salt. Eat more vegetables, the croup, fishes, eggs, dairy products, fruit, berries. Confectionery aren't forbidden, but indulge yourself not more often than once a day and in moderate quantities.

5. Always you find time for full meals: don't miss breakfasts and lunches. Offer the dinner better, evening food most often becomes the cause of excess weight. Arrange once a week fasting day. Better in day off.

6. Adhere to the day regimen. And though, considering the modern rhythm, it isn't simple to execute it, nevertheless try to live according to the plan. Then it will be much easier to keep physical shape. In time you go to bed (at the first manifestations of drowsiness and fatigue), don't roll in the bed long in the morning. And better make morning exercises or make jog on the wood.
