6. After the end of counting of the main preparation time of meat in the pressure cooker switch off heating. If the working valve of the device is closed, open it and make sure that vapor pressure is absent. Only after that you can open a cover.

7. Now get meat from the pressure cooker and use it according to the recommendations described in a recipe for the dish chosen by you. You can use the concentrated meat soup which remained at the bottom of the device as a basis for soup and sauce.
