The flexibility is the ability of the human body, to make physical actions with the big range of movements. The flexibility of the body at the person changes with age. At children from 6 to 11 years the flexibility is increased - it is connected with development of the young organism. However at boys of this age the flexibility is lower, than at girls. But on condition of purposeful development of flexibility at this age and systematic occupations, the flexibility at boys can be increased also in 12–15 years. And the result achieved these years will remain for quite long period of time.

Instruction

1. Before how to beginthe subjects occupations on development of flexibility, it is necessary to warm the body. It is reached by simple exercises, warm-up. The temperature indoors is higher, the quicker the body will be warmed.

3. We increase load of muscles gradually, from the training to the training. It is also not necessary to be engaged every day, the organism has to get into condition. Optimal variant of exercises: Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
