The last meal has to be no later than 19 o'clock in the evening because later the human body is already tuned into rest. After a while after the beginning of occupations you can notice that your preferences in food changed. And it is absolutely normal, work of your organism was normalized. Many people note that they practically ceased to eat meat and salt. Therefore you shouldn't deal with the issue of food especially. Time will come, and you just won't want to eat junk food.
