Since September 1, 2014 in Russia the It Is Ready to Work and Defense complex is revived. Inhabitants of 12 regions of the Russian Federation will take part in testing of the physical fitness. To hit GTO standards on the corresponding badge, it is necessary to carry out special preparation.

The GTO complex is sports and applied views of physical training which remind all-round. The main objectives of GTO - strengthening of health of the population, physical improvement, development of the grass-roots sports movement.

Modern GTO standards include testing of main types of sports and applied activity: jumps, run, throwing, cross-country skiing, pulling up, swimming, shooting, tourism. Citizens of 11 age groups, of 6 years to 70 are allowed to delivery of GTO and are more senior. Those who will successfully hit GTO standards, will be able to receive bronze, silver and gold badges. It is planned that results of hitting qualifying standards of GTO by school students will be considered at entering a higher education institution.

For a start it is necessary to visit the therapist who will define your state of health and will allow to hitting qualifying standards of GTO. Then you ottsenit the physical capacities. GTO standards are directed to identification of level of physical qualities (force, speed, endurance, speed, coordination) and applied skills. Preliminary testing of types of the GTO complex, will help to learn your ""weak"" parties of physical training and to effectively plan independent trainings.

Adhere healthy and active lifestyle. The day regimen has to include various forms of physical activity: morning exercises, independent trainings on standards of GTO, walk, section, the game. Food, in connection with increase in the exercise stress, has to be balanced, various and high-calorie. Refuse addictions. They will have an adverse effect on the level of physical fitness and the condition of the organism during hitting qualifying standards of GTO.  

The main role in achievement of sports results belongs to the organization of independent trainings. In the beginning 2 times a week are enough to train, and then it is possible to increase number of trainings, having finished them up to 6 times. At the same time during one occupation it is necessary to combine different types of GTO standards.

Warm-up is obligatory before each training. It is necessary to train always according to the certain plan perform Exercises series. Don't train to full exhaustion. Constantly alternate physical exercises to pauses for rest.

Before the independent training pay attention to own feelings of the state of health. The important indicator of health - pulse. Measure pulse rate  before the training. It has to be leveled about 60-70 kicks. After each series of exercises take the break, wait when pulse returns to normal.
