Games and everyday life

After the beginning of the season at players the daily routine changes. In day before the game teams are often gathered on base to analyse the game of the opponent, to give classes in tactics directly in the field. Spending the night of all team on base for unity of collective practices in some teams. In day of the game the light training – run and work with the ball, gymnastic exercises that the organism remained in the tone is carried out in the morning. Dinner is served not later than two - three hours prior to the game. Right after the game – the sauna, the bath, massage for fast recovery of muscles. At this time it is good to train to chess players, to give easy jogs, classes in tactics to hockey players, football players, basketball players and so on. From 12:00 till 18:00 the person shows the increased physical activity. At this time it is expedient to hold shock trainings. 18:00 – 21:00 creative abilities are shown. There is a wish to esteem, communicate, to have a good time a little. For this reason some coaches offer athletes light trainings in the form of entertaining games which differ from habitual. It turns out that from 12:00 till 18:00 it is possible to hold even two trainings, with the break for lunch and small rest. Quite so athletes arrive. The first training is held at about noon, and the second is closer by 18:00. Thus, they constantly increase loadings that allows to be prepared well for competitions and not to lose the form.
