How to feed whitebaits of the guppy

Aquarians – the people busy. Not only that they should observe steadily time of feeding of small fishes, so also constantly to clean an aquarium, to change in it water and to decorate it as far as means allow. And if the fish issue – that appears and efforts increases.

Instruction

1. Check whether the aquarium is well lit. Both adult guppies, and juveniles need as much as possible light. In the first days of life small fishes the light in an aquarium is not turned off round the clock.

2. Get, collect or grow up in house conditions a live forage for whitebaits in advance. You do not feed them with a dry feed. First, it is difficult to define its quantity at once, secondly, surplus of a forage can form on a water surface a film, and thirdly, such food is still too rough for them. They can be transferred to a dry feed when they a little grow up.

3. Within 1 week of life it is necessary to feed whitebaits 4-5 times a day, on the 2nd – 3-4. Up to 1.5-2 months of whitebaits it is necessary to feed at least three times a day. If it is difficult to you to spend almost all the time at home, try to establish an automatic feeding trough, but you remember that to remove the remains and to watch that the forage was enough for all, it is necessary to you.

4. It is the best of all to feed whitebaits with "dust" (kolovratka, naupliya and a Cyclops) or the microworms which are independently grown up on the wiped carrots. Small crumbed crank, with a trubochnik or a nematode of whitebaits it is possible to feed not earlier than the 2nd week of life, only the shortest time and in extreme cases.

5. Instead of live forages of guppeshka it is possible to bring up the egg yolk pounded nearly in dust (or omelet), curdled milk, the cheese wiped on a small grater. But it is worth using them as a feeding up. Pay attention: from an egg yolk water in an aquarium grows turbid therefore it is better to give to whitebaits other baits.

6. Fill in curdled milk with boiled water, wait until protein turns, and catch it a net. Lower a net with protein in an aquarium and slightly shake, the cloudlet is not formed of small parts of a forage yet. Cheese (or powdered milk) is filled in an aquarium as well as any other forage.
