4. Feeding troughs and drinking bowls should be established directly under the heater. Pay attention that the feeding trough had enough place for all birds. To think that it is possible to manage small feeding troughs, and a part of chickens will approach food after the first party – incorrectly gorges on. Such chickens will lag behind in growth. Water in drinking bowls has to be cold.
5. You watch behavior of chickens. If they bunch, temperature indoors should be increased; lay down on a floor, having stretched wings and having opened a beak – to reduce. At first temperature in the hen house has to be 35 degrees. Broilers at the age of four weeks will arrange if the room gets warm up to 18.
6. Length of light day is of great importance for chickens. Light improves a metabolism, gas exchange, increases physical activity of broilers. If necessary use additional lighting to increase time of day it is artificial.
