1. At blow to the area of eye apply to the place of bruise cold metal subject or bottle with cold water or ice. Due to narrowing of blood vessels the spread of hemorrhage will significantly decrease. Potatoes well remove inflammation and recover skin, and besides strengthen vessels. Alternate potato lotions to compresses from cabbage, aloe, camomile, the apple cider vinegar (divorced water), bags of green tea and gruel from soy flour.
3. Apply lotions from broths of herbs to elimination of bruise – rue fragrant, nettles and also use fresh juice of plants – leaf of plantain or marsh marigold marsh. For strengthening and restoration of vessels spend on drink vitamin K and With (it is better as a part of polyvitamins) and also nettle infusion.
4. For resorption of black eye of 3-5 times a day grease it with Nonsense gel. It without effort can be got in any drugstore. It strengthens blood supply of fabrics and at the expense of it restoration happens much quicker. This means it is possible to get rid of bruise in 3-5 days. But as the nonsense causes burning sensation and can lead to irritation of skin, do not apply gel on long time (more than 20 minutes), and use frequent and short procedures better. Wash away gel warm water then take small break and put other bruise medicine. So alternate them throughout the day.
5. Except nonsense use similar pharmaceutical cream and the gels capable to recover blood vessels and to eliminate bruise. Or make independently means of medicines – Girudoida and Troksevazina. Mix them in equal quantities and 3 times a day grease with it bruise on face.
