Sometimes it is very difficult to parents to put the child to bed, it is necessary to pass through whims, tears and arrangements. To adjust the kid on a dream, there are quiet games which will weaken and will calm him nervous system.
Games can be held in a bed, in it the child will relax and subsequently will easily fall asleep.
1. "Three silences". The point of a game is in listening to silence. Tell the child that in your house there live three sisters silences and if to lie in absolute silence, they can be heard. For a start, the sister who lives in the room she helps us to hear such sounds as tick of hours. Then she allows us to listen to the second which lives in the house as neighbors stamp or there goes the elevator. And at last, the third sister who tells that it is heard on the street. In a whisper tell each other who what hears.
2. "Story about a toy". The kid feels safe, falling asleep with a favourite toy. Make one of them what itself will be chosen by the child as the main character of the fairy tale, and begin history.
3. "Magic carpet". It is necessary to allocate a rug or to be located on available and to tell the kid that a rug this magic and on it you will go to an unusual travel. The child has to sit blindly, and you begin the narration: "Now we will depart …", the kid has to think up where. Further you serially supplement your story, giving full vent to imagination. As a result it is possible "to ground" a carpet in a bed. Besides that a game will calm the child, it still excellently develops creative thinking.
4. "Magic sack". Take a sack and put in it different toys, let the kid will lower the handle there and, groping toys, calls the got subject.
5. Risovashka. Draw a finger on a back at the kid various figures, letters, figures, the child has to guess that you drew.
6. "Who to us came?" Think up an animal, and "stamp" fingers on a back of the kid so that he guessed what small animal to it came.
