1. You have to get acquainted with the local pediatrician even in the course of pregnancy. 2. After the kid was born, from maternity hospital the telegram will come to children's policlinic in the place of your actual accommodation. Therefore it is very important at receipt in maternity hospital to call the place of your actual accommodation, at many it does not coincide with a place of registration. For 3-5 day after your extract the local pediatrician himself will arrive to you on the house to examine the kid, he will prompt date of your first visit of children's policlinic and operating time of an office. Further, within the first month, with frequency of times a week to you the local nurse will come to the house, to watch development of the child and conditions of leaving.
3. The first visit of children's policlinic will happen when to your kid month is executed. On reception to the pediatrician you will have to bring the birth certificate, and the prenatal record of the child - these documents have to give out to you at discharge from maternity hospital. Also from you will ask the birth certificate of the child and his health policy. From now on, if development goes according to the schedule, you will have to come to routine inspection of the child every month.
