Instruction
1. Address the head of the kindergarten which is visited by your child to take any reference. If issue of similar references is not included into competence of the head of preschool institution, you will be sent to city department of education (GOROO).
2. If you want to receive monetary compensation because refused to you registration of the child in kindergarten because of the shortage of places, address to local office of social protection of the population with a set of the relevant documents. The required list of papers includes also the reference from preschool institution which confirms the fact of rejection of your child in this kindergarten. Besides the reference the application for providing compensation, the birth certificate of the child, the certificate of family composition, your passport, the copy of the bank account, the order on a maternity leave or the service record will be necessary for you.
3. In case of the translation of the child from one kindergarten in another appeal to the manager of former preschool institution to give you the inoculative certificate, the medical record of the child and form 63 (the reference for receipt to kindergarten). Track that in the medical record the date of the last visit of a garden was exposed by the child and also record about lack of a quarantine in group is made.
4. If your kid leaves kindergarten and comes to the first class of comprehensive school, take away the medical record of the child and the inoculative certificate from preschool institution. Besides, the requirement of characteristic from kindergarten practices in some schools at receipt in the first class. In this case appeal to the tutor of your kid to write you such characteristic. Then certify it at the manager of preschool institution.
