Parents are irritated most of all by a children's lie. As a rule, the lie is shown at a certain stage of development of the child. It is very a pity, but parents in most cases are interested only in one question: how to punish the child. But very few people think – what reasons?

Lie as protection

The child can lie if he is afraid of punishment. At first the child conceals something because of fear of punishment, then he begins to use cunning and learns not to blab out. As a rule, the lying teenager is not tormented by a remorse, he perceives the lie as manifestation of sharpness. The lie at the child can begin to develop since four years.

Lie as revenge

The little liar suffers from a lack of attention or love from people around that influences his communication and a self-assessment. Therefore, the teenager perceives the world around as hostile. And here he begins to deceive to give vent to the embitternment some. Perfectly seeing that the lie irritates parents, he tries to lie as much as possible, without paying attention to punishments. Also by means of a lie the teenagers prove the independence. Sometimes, that they compete with each other – who will tell lies more. The success of deception and its impunity strengthens confidence that it is a fine opportunity to triumph to the child over the offenders. As a rule, the "successful" lie defines personal development.

Boasters and visionaries

Unsuccessful and unpopular teenagers who through such lie tell about themselves false information in hope to raise themselves in the opinion of others become boasters and visionaries.

Jokers

It is absolutely other type of visionaries which uses deception to save itself(himself), to embellish the advantages and, of course, to amuse itself and others. Likely, it is the most innocent and safe type of deception, it is disinterested.
