- - 200 g of sour cream
- - 160 g of flour
- - 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- - 1 tsps of baking powder
- - 1 tsps of soda
- - 200 g of cottage cheese
- - 300 g of yogurt
- - 15 g of gelatin
- - 40 g of a desi
- - 4 tablespoons of milk
Instruction
1. Prepare a biscuit. Shake up the mixer granulated sugar and eggs to a stable foam. Add sour cream, mix. Mix soda, cocoa powder, baking powder and flour. Connect to sour cream and sugar mix and properly mix everything to uniform consistence.
2. Lay a form baking paper, grease with a desi and lay out dough. Warm the furnace to 180 degrees, put a biscuit and bake for 30-35 minutes. Pull out from the furnace and slightly cool. Cut the cooled-down biscuit on pieces 2 cm thick.
3. Prepare cream. Shake up 200 g of granulated sugar with cottage cheese, add yogurt and again shake up everything. Fill in with hot water gelatin. Mix with cream.
4. Grease each piece of a biscuit with cream and lay in a dish. Do so to the brim dishes. Inwrap in a film and put in a cold spot for 5-6 hours.
5. Prepare glaze. Mix 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar and milk, put on fire and you cook until sugar not to be dissolved. Add a desi and 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, mix. Put on weak fire and bring glaze to jelling. Decorate with glaze cake and put in a cold spot for 20-25 minutes.
