How to make cake with cottage cheese and yogurt cream

It is required to you

  • - 3 eggs
  • - 480 g of granulated sugar
  • - 200 g of sour cream
  • - 160 g of flour
  • - 6 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • - 1 tsps of baking powder
  • - 1 tsps of soda
  • - 200 g of cottage cheese
  • - 300 g of yogurt
  • - 15 g of gelatin
  • - 40 g of a desi
  • - 4 tablespoons of milk

Instruction

1. Prepare a biscuit. Shake up the mixer granulated sugar and eggs to a stable foam. Add sour cream, mix. Mix soda, cocoa powder, baking powder and flour. Connect to sour cream and sugar mix and properly mix everything to uniform consistence.

2. Lay a form baking paper, grease with a desi and lay out dough. Warm the furnace to 180 degrees, put a biscuit and bake for 30-35 minutes. Pull out from the furnace and slightly cool. Cut the cooled-down biscuit on pieces 2 cm thick.
