  • Carrots of 500 g
    • Beef liver of 500 g
    • Onions of 500 g
    • Sunflower oil of 100 ml
    • Vinegar of 70% of 1 Part of l
    • Sugar of 1 tablespoon
    • Garlic 4 cloves
    • Paprika of 0.5 h l
    • Soy-bean sauce of 3 tablespoons
    • Cilantro
    • Coriander
    • Salt


1. Clean carrots, then chop or cut thin straws. Add a soy-bean sauce. Salt, mix and leave for 30 min.

2. Cut onions half rings. Fry onions on vegetable oil, till golden color. Take out onions from a frying pan, having left in it oil. To add vinegar to the remained oil and to mix carefully.

3. To add sugar and pepper to carrots and it is good to mix. Fill in carrots with hot oil with vinegar. Add the garlic which is squeezed out through a chesnokodavka or small cut.

4. Wash up beef liver flowing water and clean from a film. On a cut the liver has to be smooth. If on a cut of a liver there are knots and blood vessels they have to be removed.

5. Cut a liver small pieces. Fry in a frying pan until ready 7-10 min. Add there a half of fried onions.

6. Mix carrots with a liver. Add a coriander and cilantro. Mix and put in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Before the use to dress with mayonnaise.
