2. If parents are registered in different places, it is better to register the child where he will actually live. It will simplify further its medical care, training.
3. At official registration of marriage of the kid it is possible to register both to mom, and to his father. For this purpose it is necessary to provide in a passport office in the place of a registration the package of documents. If the child is registered at dad, presence of both parents is necessary, in case of a registration mom - has enough only of it. With itself it is necessary to have passports of both parents, the certificate of registration of marriage, the birth certificate of the child and the copy of all these documents.
4. In a passport office it is necessary to write 2 applications: one on behalf of the father that he not against the child's registration at him, and the second from mother - that it agrees that the child is registered at his father. The extract from the house register about the persons registered in the apartment (in case of a registration in the private house this book in the original is required) is also necessary.
5. If to the child at the time of a registration the month was executed, the reference from a passport office of other parent is necessary that the child at it is not registered. Also an extract from personal account of the apartment/house which can be received in a passport office will be required.
6. After you give all documents, within a week will issue you the sheet about constant registration of the kid with the seals and signatures. It has no validity period and when the child receives the passport, will deliver it a stamp already in it.
7. If parents are not registered in marriage, but the father is recognized as official, and it is stated in the birth certificate of the child, the notarized consent of mother to a registration of the kid at his father is necessary. If the father is not recognized officially, the child up to 14 years can be registered only with mother.
