Cognitive development represents formation of such processes as memory, thinking, the speech and imagination. Being born, the person cannot use full functionality of these opportunities. However during growing it gradually seizes them.
From the birth to three months
Cognitive development of the newborn child is specific. It is shown in the form of movements of the kid. From 9 to 12 months
The feeling of attachment and melancholy is peculiar to the child. He will wish maternal love and caress. If mother leaves, the kid will begin to cry. At this time he begins to make a set of sounds which will pour out in words subsequently.
From 12 to 18 months
At this time the kid pronounces the first words. He wants to touch, look, feel everything everywhere. From 18 to 24 months
