1. You can receive the message with the offer on friendship by e-mail and on the page on any social network where you registered the account. You will see the standard message that the user having such nickname (the name registered in network) sent you the message with a request to include it in the friends. Before making it, we advise you to get acquainted with a profile of this person to exclude frankly advertizing mailings and, so-called, "boats", communication with which will give nothing to you.
2. Pass to a personal page – a profile of this person. It contains information on the user which he specified at registration on this social network. To pass into it, just click addressed to the user. Look through those data which this person found it necessary to tell about himself. If he is not familiar to you and you did not find any general subjects for contact in its profile, then, perhaps, there is no special sense in such friendship and the offer on it can just be rejected or ignored.
3. If the user was your acquaintance or his interests specified in a profile are also close to you, then you can have a desire to respond to the offer on friendship and to become mutual friends.
