For simplification of creation of the websites the different resources offer ready templates. Similar templates already contain a certain number of sections in the menu. When filling a resource with content of this quantity can be insufficiently, and it is required to add new points and subparagraphs to the menu of the website.
Instruction
1. In most cases control of pages is exercised without any problem as tools and the interface of designers of the websites are rather simple and intuitive. In this article an example of work in the ucoz system is for descriptive reasons reviewed.
2. For modification of the menu of the website you should have the administrator's rights. It is possible add points and subparagraphs in several ways. A number of tools is available right after authorization on the website as the administrator, but in this case the functionality is a little limited. Enhanced features can be had when accessing the control panel of the website.
3. To enter the control panel, become authorized on the website and in the General menu select the Login to the Control Panel item. Enter the password which you selected during creation of the website (it can differ from the password for authorization on the website), and confirm an input with the test code.
4. In the left part of the page select in the menu the Editor of Pages item, further - the section "Management of Pages of the Website". On the page of management of materials make sure that all available pages of the website are displayed correctly. If something is missing, set in the field with a drop-down list All Materials value.
5. To add new point to the menu of the website, click in the right part the window "Add the Page". As control of pages is exercised via the website, once again enter the login and the password by means of which you enter on the website (do not confuse with the control panel). After that the new page will be ready for editing. Fill all necessary fields, issue material and press the Save button.
6. To add the new subparagraph, select on the Management of Materials page the necessary point from the list and click the icon [±] located on the right from the name of the page. The new tab with the name of the parent page will open. Enter on it all necessary data and press the Save button.
7. Quick access to management of pages of the website (menu items and a submenu) can be received on the website via the Designer tool. Choose the Include the Designer command in the menu. After the appearance of the page changes, click an icon in the form of a wrench. In the opened Management of the Menu window you will be able to edit, add or delete points. Do not forget to save the made changes.
