Skype is a popular program for instant messaging. But its main advantage is the possibility of free calls between computers and also a possibility of creation of videoconferences with 10 users at the same time.
Instruction
1. The standard tune of an incoming call in "Skype" after long use bothers, and there is desire to replace it. The tune should be the .wav format as the Skype program will not recognize others. For creation of tunes in such format it is possible to use converters, for example, FormatFactory — it is absolutely free and allows to convert a set of formats with additional setup of parameters of converting. Take the source file in any known format, insert into the program, convert and the tune is ready.
2. So, for change of a tune of an incoming call do the following: come into skype and select the Tools item, after that the Setup point in the top menu.
3. Further open the Main tab and select an element of the Sounds menu.
4. In the Select Sounds for Events list select the tune item, then "Select the sound file". Here it is possible to view the preset sound files of Skype (standard "the Tune of Skype (Modern)") and also to listen to them, having clicked a green circle with the play icon, or at all to disconnect sounds;
5. To load new musical files in the .wav format, click "Load Sound Files", and by means of the conductor specify path to a tune. After loading it will appear in the My Sounds list. Select it and click "Save".
6. If suddenly something was made incorrectly, click "Return to Default Arguments". The tune will change on standard, other Skype settings will not be changed.
